The computer failed to load the operating system

When starting a turn on the computer but the restart failed or recurrent back on. because:
Processor fan jammed.
1. Open the computer case
2. Fan out from the holder
3. Clean from dust
4. Open label cover
5. Give a little oil on the fan holder
6. Repeatedly turn the fan spins up to normal
7. Finished reinstall the fan on the stand   
8. Do not forget to attach the fan power to the slot
9. Completed
