The computer failed to load the operating system

Processor fan jammed.
1. Open the computer case
2. Fan out from the holder
3. Clean from dust
4. Open label cover
5. Give a little oil on the fan holder
6. Repeatedly turn the fan spins up to normal
7. Finished reinstall the fan on the stand
